By placing a pre-order for Thanksgiving pies from B&L Bakery, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Orders must be placed by November 25.
Pies can be picked up on Thanksgiving Eve or Thanksgiving Day, as selected during checkout.
Slices and additional pies may be available at the counter, based on availability.
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance and will incur a 50% charge of the total cost.
Refunds or exchanges are only available for product defects.
Special requests must be made at the time of ordering and are subject to availability.
